The Lone Star Film Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, will soon be interviewing potential candidates for seasonal positions supporting two key 2026 programs:

Summer Film Camps (July 6–31, 2026)
20th Annual Lone Star Film Festival (November 5–10, 2026)
​
Both programs take place in Fort Worth, Texas, and offer a unique opportunity to work alongside filmmakers, students, and industry professionals in a dynamic, creative environment.
Summer Film Camps (July 2026)

Production Assistants (PA)
-
Support high school students through the filmmaking process. Ideal candidates have on-set production experience and a passion for mentoring emerging filmmakers.

Lone Star Film Festival (November 2026)

Film Program Screeners

Review and evaluate submitted films to help shape the festival lineup

Box Office & Merchandise Manager

Oversee ticketing operations and merchandise sales; ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience

Theater Managers
-
Manage day-to-day operations at festival venues, including screenings, audience flow, and staff coordination

Production Assistants (PA)

Provide logistical and operational support across festival events and venues

Drivers
-
Transport filmmakers, guests, and materials safely and efficiently throughout the festival.
