Refresh your browser bar.
Click the icon on your phone's browser bar (where the website address is written). Once refreshed, scrolling should work!
On PCs
Refresh the browser bar.
On Macs
1. Click the System Preferences icon in the Mac’s desktop dock, or go to the Apple Menu and choose System Preferences.
2. When the System Preferences box opens, click the General icon in the top row.
3. In the General box, go to the “Show scroll bars” section and click the button next to Always.
