BOX OFFICE & MERCHANDISE ASSISTANT
The Lone Star Film Society 501c3 non-profit organization is in search of a paid Box Office & Merchandise Assistant to work alongside the organization's Director of Festival Operations and other team leaders in the planning and execution of the 17th annual Lone Star Film Festival (November 2023) in Fort Worth, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to experience jobs that may include:

Hospitality and guest service

Ticketing and merchandise (point of sale) transactions

Website updates

Filmmaker correspondence

Inventory tracking

Display setup, takedown, and daily organization
Work Schedule:
November 1 through November 6, 2023
Hours:
Full days during the Lone Star Film Festival
Location:
On-site during the Lone Star Film Festival required
Compensation:

THEATER OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
The Lone Star Film Society 501c3 non-profit organization is in search of a paid Theater Operations Assistant to work alongside the organization's Director of Festival Operations and other team leaders in the planning and execution of the 17th annual Lone Star Film Festival (November 2023) in Fort Worth, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to experience tasks that may include:

Tech team assistance

Taking tickets and scanning badges

Crowd control

Assisting moderators and filmmakers with mics

Keeping screenings on schedule

Cleaning theaters between screenings

Testing content between screenings

Assisting moviegoers with QR code voting
