FILMMAKER INFORMATION
EXHIBITION CONTENT NEEDED ASAP
We can't have a film festival without the movies.
SHORT FILMS - Please upload your film ASAP, as our tech team likes to test each file and troubleshoot any issues well before the festival starts. We ask that all short films be uploaded using the UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS HERE.

FILM PASSES FOR ATTENDING LSFF
Each film represented will receive two (2) Film Passes* to the festival, which gives you access to all the film screenings, Film Talks, Filmmakers Welcome, and more. If you have already added your two names to our ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION FORM, then you are all set.
If you need to change names or inform us of your attendance, please contact Lisandra Montes at info@lonestarfilmsociety.com to make any adjustments. Between now and the festival, you will receive email confirmations of your Passes from our ticketing platform, Elevent.

*The Film Pass does not include access to the Lone Star Film Festival Gala, which is a separately ticketed event.
ADDITIONAL SEATS FOR YOUR SCREENING
We understand that filmmakers have special guests that they would like to invite to their screenings. With our screening venue inventory, we can offer ten (10) complimentary tickets for each film, specific to your screening block. Please contact our Director of Festival Operations, Lisandra Montes at info@lonestarfimsociety.com to confirm your tickets.
LONE STAR FILM FESTIVAL GALA
You may be asking, does my Film Pass include access to the LSFF Gala? Your Film Pass DOES NOT get you into this event. The LSFF Gala serves as our film society's signature fundraising event. The proceeds support the upcoming year's operations and film education programs which is at the core of what our organization does when not putting on the Lone Star Film Festival.

If you are interested in attending the Gala, single seats are still available and can be purchased here.
EVENTS TO MARK ON YOUR CALENDAR
Apart from your Film Pass giving you access to all the screenings, we recommend taking in a Film Talk, joining us for a drink or stopping by one of our parties.

FILMMAKERS WELCOME (THU at 10 pm at Sidesaddle Saloon) - Start the festival with a toast to the weekend ahead.
FILM TALKS (FRI, SAT, locations TBD) - Film Pass Holders will have the ability to attend film-related topics during the weekend
BLACKLAND DISTILLERY HAPPY HOUR (THU, FRI, SAT at 5 pm at Downtown Cowtown Upstairs Bar) - Film Pass Holders will be issued drink tickets to enjoy a complimentary Blackland Signature Cocktail while supplies last. The bar will be open for all to attend.

AIR & LODGING
The City of Fort Worth is serviced by two airports with various carriers and flights. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the larger of the two airports and a little closer to Fort Worth than the more regional hub of Dallas Love Field (DAL).

HELP LSFF PROMOTE YOUR MOVIE
We are a grassroots organization that can relate to the spirited drive of independent filmmakers promoting their products. As we follow each film's social media accounts, we ask that you do the same. The three platforms we use are Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Provide posts with our hashtag #LSFF23 and we'll do everything we can to share, like, and engage from now through the end of the festival.
