During in-person events LSFF expects that all attendees of our events follow public health guidelines related to safety, hygiene and COVID-19, including, without limitation, social distancing, hand washing, staying home if you are sick, and other disease prevention measures. Please note, masks or face coverings will be required for all in-person screenings and panels at The Modern.

The Lone Star Film Society and Lone Star Film Festival is following all lawfully required COVID-19 health and safety protocols for the State of Texas and will continue to update and revise our protocols to reflect the most current safety standards.

By purchasing a Screening Ticket or an All-Access Pass to the 15th Annual Lone Star Film Festival, attendees/participants agree to follow:
   -   The 2022 COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan
   -   The Participant Terms and Conditions
   -   Waiver/Release

All-Access Passes are non-transferable and are labeled with the attendee's name. When purchasing more than one badge, names will be assigned to each badge at pick-up. 

All-Access Passes are non-refundable however, for the 2022 Festival, should a participant answer yes to any of the following questions prior to or during the Festival and be unable to attend, a partial refund will be considered:

Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours:
  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea

Have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for a least 15 minutes) with a person know to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 or any person who has symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within 14 days of the festival?

Are you isolating or quarantining because you may have been exposed to a person with COVID-19?

Are you currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test?

Although All-Access Pass holders will receive priority access to all venues, seating is NOT guaranteed.  All-Access Pass Holders are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to a screening to queue for seating.  Priority seating will follow this order:  All-Access Pass holders followed by individual ticket holders.  All-Access Pass holders who arrive after the queue has been seated are not guaranteed a seat.

Photographers are/or film crews will operate at all LSFF events.  Photographs/videos may be used for public relations and in marketing materials by the Lone Star Film Society and Lone Star Film Festival.

The Lone Star Film Society is committed to allowing guests and filmmakers to experience the Lone Star Film Festival free of harassment, discrimination, sexism, and threatening or disrespectful behavior.  We reserve the right to revoke, without notice or refund, credentials or access to festival events and venues at any time.
